At Baba Steels, we can handle sizes from 3 mm to 26 mm for CHQ Wires. Our manufacturing facility in Khopoli, Maharashtra allows for just-in-time and short-lead-time delivery.
Manufacturing Process
Cold heading process revolves around the concept of altering initial steel “blank” through force, using a series of tools and dies to change the blank into a finished product.
We manufacture CHQ Wires using HRPPD (Hot Rolled Pickling, Phosphating and Drawing) & SAPPD (Spherodized Annealed, Pickling, Phosphating and Drawing) processes at out state-of-the-art facilities in Maharashtra. We employ the best quality raw material and design our range of products with high precision, as we meet and exceed industry quality standards.
